Passover Rolls

Ingredients:

1½

cup matzoh or cake meal

1

cup water

½

cup oil

1

tablespoon sugar

pinch

salt

4

eggs
Directions:
     

Boil together oil and water. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Allow to cool.

Beat eggs and add to cooled mixture.

Wetting hands, make balls of mixture and place on greased cookie sheet. (If desired, dent hole in center of each ball). Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
