In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. In a second bowl, beat the egg, mix in the oil/butter, mix in milk, add vanilla. Add the wet stuff to the dry stuff, stirring just till moistened. Ladle, in less than ¼ cup amounts, onto a medium hot buttered frying pan. | |||||||||||||||||
