Break matzoth in a large bowl, pour hot water over. In a small bowl, break the eggs and mix with brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. After a couple of minutes, pour water off from the matzoh. Squeeze surplus water out, add other ingredients and mix well. Melt a little butter or margarine in a frying pan, add mixture all at once. Fry as if it were scrambled eggs. Cook through until well done but still soft. Serve immediately, with cinnamon and syrup or honey. | |||||||||||||||||
