Cranberry Sauce

Two 12 Ounce
Bags

fresh cranberries 12 ounces 1 pound 1½ pounds
granulated sugar 1½ cups 2 cups 3 cups
finely grated lime zest 1½ limes 1 teaspoon 1½ teaspoons (3 limes)
finely grated orange zest ½ orange 1 teaspoon 1½ teaspoons (1 orange)
fresh lime juice 1 lime ¼ cup 3 ounces (2½ limes)
fresh orange juice ½ orange ¼ cup 3 ounces (1 orange)
water 3 ounces ½ cup ¾ cup
Directions:
     

In a heavy saucepan, combine all of the ingredients.

Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer 10 minutes, until berries pop open. Watch berries carefully, do not overcook.

Skim foam off surface.

Cool to room temperature.
