Passover Nut And Raisin Cookies

Ingredients:

3

eggs

½

cup sugar

½

cup cake meal

½

teaspoon salt

½

teaspoon cinnamon

½

cup chopped nuts

½

cup raisins
  cooking spray
Directions:
     

Beat eggs well, adding sugar gradually while beating. Add remainder of ingredients.

Drop by spoonful on sprayed cookie sheet, keeping cookies well spaced so they can spread. Bake in 400° oven for 12 minutes.
