Submitted to PCS by: Drew
Ingredients:

1

Reynolds baking bag

1

tablespoon of Matzo Meal, Matzo Cake Meal, or flour

brisket: must be able to see the fat. Allot ¾ to 1 pound per person

1-2

sliced large onions

Directions:

Broil brisket on both sides until nicely browned, about 5 minutes each side.

Heat oven to 325° F.

Shake at least a tablespoon of Matzo Meal, Matzo Cake Meal, or flour in the bag.

Select a pan that is at least 2 inches deep. The bag should not hang over the sides of the pan.

Insert the brisket. Spread the onions and garlic over the meat.

Close the bag. Make six half-inch slits in the top of the bag.

Bake for 3 hours.

To open, cut or slit the bag carefully.

Notes:
Obviously, if you are making this for Passover, don't use flour.
