kitchen is strictly kosher. No food or drink
from outside may be brought into the
kitchen. Snacks and beverages are provided
in the front room.

Please sign in and indicate if you can deliver.

Please wear a name tag at all times.

Hats are provided. Please always wear a hat in the kitchen. Your hair must be completely covered while in the kitchen.

You must wear closed-toed, sturdy shoes in the kitchen.

Leave all bags and coats in the front room. You may leave your bags under the counter.

Gloves are provided. Please always wear gloves while cooking. Wash your hands as often as necessary with the gloves on. Change your gloves after working with meat.

Hand to mouth contact is a quick way of spreading germs. Please avoid tasting the food. (Don't forget we are cooking for people with HIV/AIDS!)

Please follow the recipes carefully and do not add additional ingredients.

Use caution with knives. Always walk with the blade facing downward.

Be careful transporting hot pots and pans. Make sure you have a place to set it down before you pick it up. Let everyone around you know you are carrying something hot.

Use caution in opening the oven doors.

Pick up slippery food items from the floor immediately.

Do not drip water on the floor. If the floor gets wet, please wipe or mop up immediately.

Please keep your work area and the surrounding areas clean.
