Project Chicken Soup Documentary
Paolla Grecco, a young filmmaker from Brazil, was a volunteer for Project Chicken Soup in the early 2000's.  As part of a film school project, she taped a short documentary on PCS.  Soon after the taping, she moved to Canada and then to England, where she recently completed editing the footage that she shot in our kitchen. We thank Paolla for preserving this slice of PCS history.
